Job Title: Downstream Operator

At California Natural Products, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Downstream Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our downstream equipment, ensuring the highest quality products are produced while meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain downstream equipment, including the accumulator, diagraph, laser, caser, capper, straw applicator, shrink wrapper, mead, and elevator.
  • Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot issues to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve processes.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Document and report any issues or concerns to supervisors and maintenance teams.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • General mechanical skills and knowledge of food industry processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
Working Conditions:

This position is primarily located in a production environment, with occasional exposure to wet and varying temperature conditions, loud noise, and airborne particles.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate of $19.50-$26.00, with opportunities for bonuses and career advancement.
