Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated Guest Services Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will use their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests, providing a warm welcome and assisting with luggage unloading. As a Guest Services Agent, you'll be a source of knowledge for our guests, sharing information about our hotel, its amenities, and the local area. If you're a people person who enjoys making meaningful connections and taking steps to WOW our guests, we want to hear from you.

Your Role:
  • Help guests discover their perfect stay
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking a genuine interest in our guests
  • Interact with all guests, welcoming them to our hotel and providing a personalized experience
  • Park and retrieve guests' vehicles as requested
  • Escort guests and their luggage to their room, explaining our amenities and fun facts about our hotel
  • Work collaboratively with other attendants to ensure each guest has a memorable experience
  • Assist the lobby attendant in maintaining a clean and organized entrance area
