Join Our Team as a Traveling LPN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Traveling LPN. As a Traveling LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in various Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) communities, providing high-quality clinical care and services to residents.

About the Role

The Traveling LPN will be responsible for providing vital staffing support to our nursing care teams, ensuring that residents receive the best possible care. You will work closely with our care teams to provide high-quality clinical care and services, consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical care and services to residents
  • Work closely with care teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide relief staffing support
  • Travel to various PHS communities within a 30-mile radius of your home
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state(s) in which you practice
  • Minimum of 6 months of prior experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), Transitional Care Unit (TCU), or Hospital
  • Current CPR certification
  • Able and willing to travel to communities within a 30-mile radius of your home
  • Interest in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative, and restorative clinical practices
