At Presbyterian Homes and Services, we're seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Central Staffing team. As a Traveling LPN, you'll have the opportunity to work in various care settings, including Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, and Transitional Care communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality clinical care and services to residents, consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices.
  • Support nursing care teams with vital staffing resources, ensuring seamless care delivery.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state(s) where you practice.
  • A minimum of 6 months of prior experience in Long-Term Care, Transitional Care, or Hospital settings.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to communities within a 30-mile radius of your home.
  • Interest in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative, and restorative clinical practices.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive base rate based on experience, with shift differentials for PM ($1.50 per hour) and NOC ($2.00 per hour) shifts.
  • A float pool bonus of $45 per shift.
  • Mileage reimbursement of $.67 per mile driven above your typical commute length.
