Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate all legal dimensions of clients' situations to deliver sound legal counsel.
  • Represent clients in real estate closings, disputes, and litigation.
  • Oversee the transfer of titles among parties, negotiating terms for transactions.
  • Draft and review various legal documents including purchase agreements, leases, and financing statements.
  • Supervise paralegals and support staff.
  • Conduct research on real estate matters and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Assist the transaction coordination team with legal issues.
  • Facilitate property closings.
  • Build strong relationships with other legal professionals and title companies.
  • Contribute to strategies aimed at revenue enhancement.
  • Represent the company in court proceedings.
Qualifications:
  • Active member of the local bar association with a valid law license.
  • In-depth knowledge of property management, business law, title insurance, and real estate law.
  • Exceptional negotiation, networking, research, and communication skills.
  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a similar legal role.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent legal drafting and communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
