As a Nurse Manager, you will oversee nursing operations within a healthcare setting, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve conflicts and issues within the nursing team, promoting a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
  • Valid state RN license and current CPR certification.
  • Previous experience in a nursing leadership role with a strong clinical background.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and foster a culture of excellence in patient care.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This compensation range reflects the average salary for a Nurse Manager in Michigan, based on market trends and industry standards.
