As a Mobile Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in various healthcare settings, including nursing homes. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner
  • Properly identify patients and label specimens according to TridentCare's phlebotomy policy
  • Transport specimens to the laboratory for analysis
  • Work cooperatively with dispatch, payroll, laboratory, and courier departments
  • Maintain all equipment in good working order and report any issues to the Area Phlebotomy Supervisor
Requirements
  • Current clinical licensure, if required by the state
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and phlebotomy procedures
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and maintain accurate time sheet records
  • Proficient in written and verbal skills in the English language
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients, patients, and staff members
