Requirements:

  • Proficient communication skills in English.
  • Ability to lift weights up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Capability to ascend up to 300 ft. twice daily.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications:

  • Mandatory basic certifications in GE fundamentals.
  • Essential wind technician certifications (e.g., Tower Rescue, CPR, First Aid, AED, OSHA 10, Competent Climber, Confined Space, Working at Heights, NFPA 70, LOTO).
  • Demonstrated experience in commissioning GE wind turbines.
  • Current certifications from major turbine manufacturers and GWO certifications are highly advantageous.
  • Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills.
