Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient schedules, ensuring timely and efficient care delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with field staff, patients, and physicians to maintain proper care coordination.
  • Assist with day-to-day office and staff management, including scheduling, reporting, and quality assurance.
  • Initiate infection control forms and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of employment.
  • At least 1 year of home health experience.
  • Prior packet review/QI experience preferred.
  • Coding certification is a plus.
  • Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
