  • Deliver group classes, private lessons, and Train and Play Sessions to clients
  • Develop and implement training plans tailored to each dog's unique needs and personality
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and feedback on their dog's progress
  • Collaborate with senior behavior counselors to ensure seamless delivery of training services
  • Contribute to the development of new training programs and initiatives
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of experience in positive reinforcement-based dog training and behavior modification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical fitness to lift dogs up to 50 pounds and perform job requirements
