Position Overview

The Finance Executive will be responsible for leading all financial operations within the organization. This pivotal role will report directly to the General Manager and will involve mentoring team members while actively engaging in the daily functions of the finance department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and communicate cash flow issues effectively to management and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the preparation of forecasts and budgets, ensuring active participation from the Executive Team and department leaders.
  • Analyze financial data and operational metrics to support management in achieving financial goals.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts.
  • Establish and regularly audit internal financial controls related to purchasing, cash handling, disbursements, credit, inventories, assets, payroll, and records.
  • Prepare and direct all financial reports in accordance with company standards, meeting various deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory licenses, permits, leases, contracts, and operational taxes.
Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity is required, with supervisory and management experience in the hospitality sector preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance is essential.
  • Ability to assimilate complex information from various sources and adapt it to meet specific needs.
  • Strong listening skills to understand and clarify concerns and issues.
  • Proficiency in financial data analysis and basic arithmetic functions.
  • Effective prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
Compensation

The compensation for this role is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
