Smallwares Manager

At Restaurant Depot, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Smallwares Manager to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and quality products.

• Develop and implement effective inventory control procedures to minimize losses and maximize sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.
• Ensure that all warehouse operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or retail environment, with a focus on inventory control and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
