Smallwares Manager

At Restaurant Depot, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Smallwares Manager to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and product quality.

• Manage and maintain a high level of product presentation, rotation, and labeling to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales goals and minimize losses.
• Effectively communicate with customers and respond to questions and requests in a timely manner.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to company and OSHA guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts to minimize shrink and optimize inventory management.
• Collaborate with senior managers to develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse operations and customer satisfaction.

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or retail environment, with a focus on inventory management and customer service.
• Ability to develop and train team members, build relationships, and utilize skills of team members most appropriately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job, including handheld scanners, desktop computers, and calculators.

• Competitive hourly rate: $19.50-$20.15
