Smallwares Manager

At Restaurant Depot, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Smallwares Manager to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that all available product is out for sale and maintained with the strictest freshness policies in accordance with Company direction and HACCP Guidelines.

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales goals, minimize losses, and provide a mutual benefit for all.
• Ensure in-stock position of available product while monitoring inventory levels through frequent cycle counts.
• Responsible for product presentation, rotation, labeling, replenishment, and backstock organization.
• Operate equipment according to company and OSHA guidelines.
• Follow basic product handling procedures in accordance with company and HACCP policy.

• Ability to develop and train team members, build relationships, and utilize skills of team members most appropriately.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Ability to manage warehouse operations effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and understandable manner, and listen attentively to others.

• Frequent exposure to cold/freezing temperatures.
• Equipment in motion (forklifts, electric pallet jacks, scooters).
