Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Brand Ambassador to join our team in Austin. As a key representative of The Pack Labs, you will be responsible for enhancing our brand presence and educating retailers and consumers about our unique products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute in-store demonstrations and presentations to showcase our products and their benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, fostering a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • Identify and pursue new marketing opportunities through targeted outreach efforts and strategic partnerships.
  • Represent The Pack Labs at industry events and activations, promoting our brand and values.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence from customer interactions and feedback, informing our marketing and product development strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement strategies that align with our brand goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Ability to travel extensively within the Austin area and occasionally beyond, including setting up and breaking down promotional events.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and office productivity tools to manage relationships and track engagement activities.
  • Physical ability to manage promotional setups and product demonstrations.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
