About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our team at UtiliQuest, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our fleet of vehicles and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect, repair, and maintain diesel trucks and equipment, including routine maintenance and oil changes
  • Perform incidental welding operations on equipment
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records for all equipment, including service records, parts and repair costs, service schedules, and inspections
  • Complete 8-10 repair orders per day, including routine maintenance and oil changes
  • Perform 90-day BIT inspections on equipment
Requirements
  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Authorized to work in the United States for this company
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to work in a solo and team environment
  • Experience working in various weather conditions, including inclement weather
  • Self-starter with effective communication skills
  • Ability to work extended hours, including overtime and weekends as needed
  • Ability to lift, climb, and carry ladders with a weight of up to 80lbs
