Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles and equipment to identify potential issues and recommend repairs.
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues with vehicles and equipment.
- Work with other team members to ensure that all maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest maintenance and repair techniques and technologies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-5 years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair.
- Medium/Heavy Duty truck technical training preferred.
- ASE certifications in automotive or medium/heavy duty trucks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
