About the Role

Sysco is seeking a skilled Fleet Technician III to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles and equipment to identify potential issues and recommend repairs.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues with vehicles and equipment.
  • Work with other team members to ensure that all maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest maintenance and repair techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair.
  • Medium/Heavy Duty truck technical training preferred.
  • ASE certifications in automotive or medium/heavy duty trucks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
