  • Process utility payments, manage customer accounts, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist customers in person, via phone, or via email, addressing questions and concerns related to billing and customer service.
  • Prepare and mail correspondence to customers, including final bills, reminder notices, and service cut-off notices.
  • Perform routine clerical work, including filing, scanning, and collections, processing payments, and compiling reports.
  • Operate a cash register, process credit card payments, and balance cash drawers.
Requirements:
  • At least five years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting environment.
  • Three years of customer service experience in an administrative or clerical capacity.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a pleasant and professional manner.
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office, Adobe, and enterprise systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
