Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of roofing crews, ensuring timely completion of projects and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct site visits to inspect work in progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, architects, and engineers to ensure satisfaction with our services.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including timesheets, shop requisitions, and job reports.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in commercial roofing, with a proven track record of supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols, including OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials and equipment, with a focus on maintaining a safe working environment.
- Requires standing for long periods, frequent climbing, lifting, and carrying of materials and equipment.
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures, with exposure to dust, noise, and other environmental hazards.
- Must be able to see details at close range, with a focus on maintaining accurate records and inspecting work in progress.
- Requires working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Exposure to hazardous materials, equipment, and environmental conditions, with a focus on maintaining a safe working environment.
