Job Summary

As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching high-intensity Pilates classes on our custom-built reformers, providing exceptional hospitality to our clients, and representing the BODYROK brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach high-intensity Pilates classes on our custom-built reformers, ensuring a safe and effective workout experience for our clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Represent the BODYROK brand, embodying our values and mission in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our proprietary Hybrid Pilates method, ensuring accurate and effective instruction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 BODYROK sculpt classes completed prior to training.
  • Basic understanding of anatomy and biomechanics.
  • Flexible scheduling availability, including a minimum of two days per week.
  • CPR certification.
  • Preferred 1-year minimum experience instructing Pilates, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HITT, Boxing/Kickboxing, or Group Fitness.
