The Senior Registration Associate serves as the primary point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, managing the flow of information efficiently and courteously. Proficiency in computer systems and excellent telephone etiquette are essential. Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous but not mandatory.
Specific Duties Include:
- Patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Verification of insurance details
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining medical records
