Job Summary

Vaco is seeking a highly skilled Senior WordPress Developer to join our team. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our existing WordPress platform, as well as adding new features and optimizing the tech stack for speed and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Maintenance: Ensure the stability and security of our WordPress platform, including regular updates and patches.
  • Feature Development: Design and implement new features to enhance the user experience and improve the overall performance of the website.
  • Technical Optimization: Optimize the tech stack to improve page load times, reduce bounce rates, and enhance overall user engagement.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and ensure seamless integration of third-party services.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in WordPress development
  • Strong knowledge of data flows and integration
  • Web development expertise in HTML and CSS
  • Ability to integrate new tools into WordPress platforms
  • Solid understanding of data-driven web campaigns and how data is utilized on websites
  • Not focused on UI/UX design
