Key Responsibilities- Pharmacy Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of our pharmacies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, quality assurance, and customer service standards.
- Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of pharmacists and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care and service.
- Business Development: Develop and implement growth strategies to increase pharmacy revenue and market share.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that our pharmacies meet the highest standards of patient quality care, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, health center clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience and building strong relationships.
- Education: Bachelor of Science or PharmD in Pharmacy degree from an accredited university.
- Licenses/Certifications: Required licensing/credentialing/certification as established by federal and state regulations in the state in which you are practicing.
- Experience: 3 years related pharmacy experience, with previous management experience in a retail pharmacy setting preferred.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, exceptional patient service skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
