Nuvem, Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy management team, you will be responsible for managing our pharmacy relationship with our health center clients, engaging with clinic providers and their clinical staff, providing drug-related education, and acting as a member of the patient care team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support and education to patients on their medications.
- Manage staff pharmacists and technicians, motivating and inspiring them to achieve specific goals.
- Oversee pharmacy operations, including patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management.
- Stay current with HIPAA and Fraud, Waste, and Abuse credentialing.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures.
- Bachelor of Science or PharmD in Pharmacy degree from an accredited university.
- Required licensing/credentialing/certification as established by federal and state regulations in the state in which you are practicing.
- Previous management experience in a retail pharmacy setting, with 340b knowledge a bonus but not required.
- 3 years related pharmacy experience.
- Immunization certification is preferred.
- Vaccination Administration.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional patient service skills.
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Fine motor skills - repetitive hand motions via keyboard/phone.
- Ability to hear, write, and speak effectively.
$115,000-$140,000
