The Impact You'll Make
  • Lead the Portfolio initiatives and analytics across the 4 portfolios of the Purification and Filtration business
  • Lead global financials for portfolio investments, exits, projects, and decisions
  • Develop analytics in Power BI or other tools to track Sales, orders, P&L financial data, and measure forecast accuracy
  • Perform complex financial and risk analysis of business projects to determine their economic value and financial condition
  • Provide financial advice, reporting, and guidance to global portfolio leaders
  • Financial planning and analysis projections and consolidation for specific portfolios
  • Business partner with strategy to support all portfolio lead initiatives
  • Assure full compliance with U.S. GAAP and 3M Global Financial Standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of finance or finance-related experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • OR High School Diploma/GED from AND fourteen (14) years of finance or finance-related experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
    • Three (3) years of prior finance experience in an Industrial, Biopharma, Medtech, or manufacturing company in a private, public, government, or military environment
    • Proven ability to use analytics and influencing skills to drive results
    • Exhibited sense of urgency to drive effective change and manage performance
    • Familiarity with portfolio and product-level margin analysis
    • Systems knowledge (advanced Excel, Longview, Hyperion, Power BI tools)
    • Financial acumen and empowerment to make decisions

The expected compensation range for this position is $183,301 - $224,034, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
