Responsibilities- Prepare and cook food to our recipes and standards
- Set up, break down, and clean all kitchen stations
- Inspect food and equipment to ensure quality and safety
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, and expediting
- Notify management of food shortages or equipment issues
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
