Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at North High Brewing Zionsville. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to our recipes and standards.
  • Inspect food items for quality and presentation.
  • Ability to identify and prepare all menu items.
  • Familiarity with weighing and measuring ingredients.
  • Prepares food by methods of frying, sautéing, baking, boiling and other methods as needed.
  • Sets up, breaks down and cleans all stations and kitchen.
  • Inspect the work area to ensure the equipment is operable and sanitary.
  • Adheres to local, state and federal health code and sanitation rules.
  • Covers, dates and labels all food to be stored according to all health code rules.
  • Ability to utilize all equipment in the kitchen and knowledge of proper cleaning methods as well.
  • Assists in completing all daily duties.
  • Wears proper uniform at all times while at work.
