Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at North High Brewing Zionsville. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for the production, set-up, and preparation of all food items in accordance with our recipes and standards while maintaining a safe, clean, and sanitary work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and plate all food items to our recipes and standards.
  • Visually inspect all food items coming into and leaving the kitchen.
  • Ability to identify and prepare all menu items.
  • Familiarity with weighing and measuring ingredients.
  • Prepares food by methods of frying, sautéing, baking, boiling and other methods as needed.
  • Sets up, breaks down and cleans all stations and kitchen.
  • Inspect the work area to ensure the equipment is operable and sanitary.
  • Adheres to local, state and federal health code and sanitation rules.
  • Covers, dates and labels all food to be stored according to all health code rules.
  • Ability to utilize all equipment in the kitchen and knowledge of proper cleaning methods as well.
  • Assists in completing all daily duties.
  • Wears proper uniform at all times while at work.
