The Senior Procurement Specialist is a key member of the TrueCare team, responsible for managing the procurement process from bid assembly to vendor negotiation. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Procurement Process Management: Assemble bids for RFQs, negotiate with vendors, and identify key suppliers.
- Asset Tracking and Reporting: Track assets, prepare summary reports for management, and maintain advanced Excel skills.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work with the Facilities Department and Project Managers to procure needs for new project sites.
- Education: Associate's degree in business administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience with Great Plains Procurement software and asset tracking and inventory management software.
- Skills: Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
