About the Role:
  • Provide quality nursing care on a 3:1 patient to nurse basis
  • Complete evaluations and assessments to develop individualized care plans
  • Participate in care team planning and implement interventions for appropriate care delivery
  • Collaborate with I/DD and social work professionals to assess children for potential intellectual or developmental disabilities
Requirements:
  • LPN License in the state of PA
  • Minimum two (2) years pediatric tracheostomy care and ventilator management experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Current Healthcare Provider CPR
  • Clear criminal record and other background checks in accordance with state requirements
