Job Description

As a Direct Care Worker at Sigma HomeCare, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients. Your responsibilities will include providing direct care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. You will also be responsible for monitoring clients' medications, implementing individualized care plans, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Care and Support: Provide comprehensive community support services and respite to clients in their homes.
  • Medication Monitoring: Monitor clients' medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals and report any concerns.
  • Individualized Care Plans: Implement and follow individualized care plans tailored to each client's specific needs.
  • Monitoring and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for each client.
