About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a background in Hospice Palliative Care to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with other healthcare professionals, and upholding the values of compassionate and respectful care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert nursing care to patients with complex medical needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments, monitor patient progress, and adjust care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Active Professional licensure within the state
  • 1 year of recent experience in Hospice Palliative Care
  • BLS/ACLS Certification from the American Heart Association
Benefits
  • Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience and location
