\We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in researching legal issues, preparing memos, and working closely with attorneys to deliver outstanding results.
\Key Responsibilities

- Research and analyze complex legal issues in commercial litigation, business law, real estate, and general civil litigation\
- Prepare high-quality memos to attorneys with citations to applicable case law\
- Collaborate with attorneys to develop effective strategies and solutions\
- Stay up-to-date with changes in the law and industry developments\
- Contribute to the growth and development of the firm through innovation and best practices\
- Meet productivity and quality standards, as well as performance targets\
- Engage in professional development to enhance skills and knowledge\
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of work completed\
- Adhere to firm policies and procedures\

Requirements
\To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school\
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation or a related field\
- Proven research and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail\
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with attorneys and clients\
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team\
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks\
- Familiarity with industry-leading software and technology\
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development\
