Estimated Salary: $240,000 - $270,000 per year

About the Role:

  • This senior position involves managing a caseload of 10-15 complex commercial litigation cases, ensuring effective collaboration with 2-3 attorneys per case to strategize and execute legal actions.
  • As a senior attorney, you will lead the full litigation lifecycle, from case inception through to trial, including managing pre-trial, trial, and post-trial activities.
  • You will be responsible for conducting depositions, leading complex discovery processes, and participating in mediations and negotiations to secure favorable dispute resolutions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Excellent academic credentials and a strong track record of success in commercial litigation.
  • A highly motivated and proactive approach, with a dedication to excellence and a competitive edge suited for a dynamic team environment.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the capability to anticipate potential challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex legal arguments and effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and courts.
  • High level of organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
