Job Description:

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of patient case development and equipment order preparation, including gathering and reviewing medical records, communicating with patients and healthcare providers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient case development and equipment order preparation
  • Gather and review medical records and insurance information
  • Communicate with patients and healthcare providers to ensure smooth transitions
  • Manage and update patient records and databases
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
