PACU RN Job Description:

Assists in provision of nursing care to patients in an Ambulatory Surgical Center setting. Assumes total responsibility for patient care in accordance with physician's orders and center policies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provides high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
2. Conducts thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted interventions.
3. Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and best available research.
4. Monitors patient responses to treatments, adjusting care plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

Requirements:
* Graduate degree in nursing (BSN or MSN).
* Current state RN license.
* CPR certification.
* ACLS certification.
* Minimum one year of pre-operative, post-operative or critical care experience.
* Orthopedic experience preferred.
