About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join the Lincoln Financial Group team as a Treasury Specialist. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned areas of responsibility, assessing their impact, and collaborating with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile cash and related transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify and communicate process improvements to management that reduce workloads or improve quality for assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Perform treasury activities to support cash, liquidity management, and statutory requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Resolves issues with internal and external auditors in a collaborative manner.
  • Perform treasury activities in compliance with policies and principles, internal controls, and SOX.
Requirements
  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required)
  • Years of experience in Treasury and/or Finance that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position (Required)

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $53,500 - $92,500 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency, and qualifications required for the role.
