About the Role

At Johnston & Murphy, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide World Class Service to customers, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed personal sales plans, utilizing J&M sales tools to implement and obtain sales objectives.
  • Store Appearance: Assist in the implementation of visual guidelines, window changes, and maintaining store appearance, adhering to personal presentation guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Build lasting and productive relationships with store team, region, and company, assisting in the implementation and utilization of all training programs.
Requirements
  • Retail Experience: Retail sales experience preferred.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a schedule that is flexible and conducive to a retail environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, standing for long periods of time, walking, using hands to operate controls, and climbing ladders in a safe manner.
