Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact with customers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their repair needs.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and communicate with customers regarding job progress.
- Manage repair orders, quotes, and warranty submissions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a service department, preferably in the heavy-duty truck industry.
- CDL – Class A or B preferred.
