As a Customer Support Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, enthusiasm, and interpersonal skills. Our representatives engage with customers, manage phone inquiries, process orders, and assist in food preparation while ensuring outstanding service quality.
This role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15.74 to $16.00, plus tips. We provide paid sick leave in accordance with state regulations. Eligible full-time staff will receive employer-sponsored health benefits.

Key Responsibilities
- Utilize all necessary equipment efficiently.
- Restock ingredients from delivery areas to storage and preparation zones.
- Prepare food items as required.
- Handle and process telephone orders.
- Regularly clean equipment and workspaces.
Comprehensive orientation and on-the-job training will be provided.
Communication Skills
Ability to understand and provide clear written instructions. Proficient verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and team members to process orders effectively, both over the phone and in person.
Essential Skills/Functions
Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations accurately and swiftly (calculator use permitted). Must be capable of making correct monetary change. Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills are necessary for order processing. Hand-eye coordination is crucial for executing precise movements quickly. Proficiency in entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen is required.
Work Environment
EXPOSURE TO:
Variable and occasionally challenging weather conditions while performing outdoor tasks. In-store temperatures may range from 36 degrees in storage areas to over 90 degrees in certain work zones. Sudden temperature fluctuations may occur both indoors and outdoors. Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and cramped spaces, including walk-in coolers. Hot surfaces and tools may reach temperatures of 500 degrees or higher. Be aware of sharp edges and moving mechanical components.
SENSING:
Ability to communicate effectively via telephone. Near and mid-range vision is necessary for most in-store tasks. Depth perception is required to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
TEMPERAMENTS:
Ability to manage activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and collaboratively, operate under pressure, adhere to strict quality standards, interact with customers, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
Physical Requirements
STANDING:
Most duties are performed while standing. Walking surfaces include ceramic tiles and linoleum in food preparation areas. Work surfaces are typically between 36 and 48 inches high.
WALKING:
Walking is generally limited to short distances and durations.
SITTING:
Administrative tasks are usually completed at a desk or table.
LIFTING:
Bulk deliveries occur bi-weekly or more frequently and are unloaded by team members using hand trucks. Deliveries may consist of ingredient cases weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5'. Cases are typically lifted from the floor and stocked onto shelves up to 72 inches high.
CARRYING:
Large items, weighing approximately 3 pounds, are transported from workstations to storage. Occasionally, heavier items, such as pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds, are moved from storage to the front of the establishment. Trays of pizza dough, weighing around 12 pounds, are carried three at a time over short distances.
PUSHING:
Pushing is necessary to move trays placed on dollies, requiring a force of up to 7.5 pounds. Trays may also be pulled as needed.
CLIMBING:
Team members may occasionally need to navigate stairs or climb ladders for tasks such as changing prices on signage or performing maintenance.
BENDING:
Forward bending is required at the pizza assembly station, with a duration of approximately 30 to 45 seconds at a time, repeated throughout the day. Bending is also necessary at the front counter and when restocking ingredients.
REACHING:
Continuous reaching is required for various tasks, including turning oven controls on and off, changing prices on signage, and lifting or lowering items from shelves.
HAND TASKS:
Coordination between hands and eyes is essential, with frequent use of hands throughout the day. Tasks such as shaping pizza dough and using pizza peels require significant hand strength and dexterity. Team members must be able to handle various items, including cans, phones, pizza cutters, and boxes.
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT:
Team members may be required to use pencils, computers, telephones, calculators, and food preparation tools.

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record that meets company standards. Access to an insured vehicle for delivery purposes.
Essential Skills
Ability to navigate using maps and locate addresses within designated delivery areas. Must be able to traverse challenging terrains, including multi-story buildings and private residences, while carrying products.
Physical Requirements
CARRYING:
During deliveries, team members must carry pizzas, sides, and beverages while performing walking and climbing duties.
DRIVING:
Deliver pizzas within a specified delivery area, making multiple deliveries per shift.
WALKING:
Delivery personnel must travel between the store and delivery vehicle, as well as from the vehicle to the customer's location.
CLIMBING:
During product delivery, navigating multiple flights of stairs may be necessary.
