We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Richmond Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA). As a Nursing Supervisor II, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services in our behavioral health programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct a team of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of patient-centered care.
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with complex behavioral health needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and transitions.
  • Provide education and training to staff on best practices and evidence-based treatments.
  • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a registered nurse, including 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
  • CPR and CPI certification.
  • Valid driver's license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
