Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation in all areas of the store.
• Minimize store expenses through efficient use of supplies and proper use of equipment.
• Ensure the on-going maintenance and organization of the grocery backroom to promote proper product rotation and associate productivity.
• Maintain the company sign program and merchandise weekly distributions.
Requirements
• High school diploma required, some college preferred.
• 2-4 years previous grocery retail management experience preferred.
• Interpersonal, decision making, delegation, leadership and conflict management skills.
