Job Overview

Cynet Systems seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Coordinator to assist the LEMIO Chief in managing office responsibilities. This role requires strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with onboarding new personnel, ensuring seamless integration into the team.
  • Track case progress and deadlines, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage office voicemail, responding promptly to inquiries.
  • Coordinate correspondence with covered agencies and other stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
  • Conduct initial phone calls with members of the public and individuals reporting law enforcement misconduct, exercising empathy and discretion.
  • Arrange meetings and witness interviews, ensuring efficient use of time.
  • Prepare travel vouchers and manage expense reimbursement for LEMIO staff, adhering to company policies.
  • Recruit new staff by coordinating interviews and gathering applications, supporting the hiring process.
  • Produce reports detailing unit activities, workload, and personnel requirements, contributing to informed decision-making.
  • Order supplies, assist with onboarding new hires, interns, and schedule meetings, streamlining office operations.
Requirements:
  • A High School diploma is required for this position.
Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is between $22/hr and $24/hr, commensurate with experience.
