CHRISTUS Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to lead our Women's Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing clinical services and working closely with medical staff leadership to develop and implement programs that enhance the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide direction and oversight to clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
- Clinical Program Development: Collaborate with medical staff leadership to develop and implement clinical programs that meet the needs of our patients and community.
- Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and quality of care.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration among clinical staff, medical staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of Women's Services, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing. BSN preferred.
- Certification/Licenses: R.N. with current New Mexico State license. BLS and other certification as applicable to area. National certification in area of expertise is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in clinical role in women's services or Pediatrics. Two years progressive management experience.
- Environment: Works in a clean, well-lighted, ventilated smoke-free environment.
- Physical Requirements: Subject to stressful professional relationships. Working hours vary, with flexibility due to unexpected changes in schedule and emergencies. Requires the ability to speak, listen, develop and communicate written materials.
