Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to join our team at Ellie Mental Health - 173. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Provide strategic direction and guidance to clinic staff
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
    • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and training as needed
  • Client Services
    • Ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health services to clients
    • Develop and implement programs to improve client outcomes and satisfaction
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Administrative and Operational
    • Manage clinic finances, including budgeting and forecasting
    • Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, training, and employee relations
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Masters degree in a mental health discipline or related field
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role in a mental health setting
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
    • Knowledge of mental health regulations and industry standards
