Key Responsibilities
  • Lead group fitness classes in a fun, safe, and effective manner, based on the class description.
  • Represent the club in a positive manner, greeting clients as they enter and leave class.
  • Develop and implement group fitness schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing cancellations.
  • Maintain accurate records of classes taught, attendance numbers, and instructor certifications.
  • Collaborate with instructors to ensure they are 'on brand' and teaching the appropriate formats.
  • Ensure studios and equipment are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Assist instructors with subbing and ensure all classes are covered.
  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to client needs and concerns in a positive and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Experience teaching group fitness classes in a studio/club setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others.
  • Computer proficiency, with experience using programs such as Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
