Job Description

This role is responsible for providing patient care and assisting with nursing duties in a nursing home setting, including caring for psychiatric and rehabilitative patients.

As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for observing and reporting changes in patient conditions, maintaining a safe and clean patient environment, and ensuring that patients receive high-quality care.

You will report directly to the Registered Nurse (RN) or Director of Nursing (DON) and will be an integral part of our interdisciplinary team.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Certification as a Nurse Aide in the State of Tennessee
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a nursing home setting
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
