About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Specialist to join our team at Hardin Medical Center. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will work closely with our nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care and support. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing individualized care to patients, including assistance with daily living activities and medical procedures.
- Supporting nurses with various tasks, such as taking vital signs and administering medications.
- Transporting patients to different areas of the hospital as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program preferred.
- Previous experience in healthcare setting highly desired.
- BLS certification required.
Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
