A Typical Day
In this sales-focused role, your primary responsibility will be to initiate, cultivate, and sustain robust relationships with professional referral sources, including geriatric care managers, independent and assisted living facilities, and hospice organizations.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Creating and implementing proactive outreach strategies
- Engaging with referral sources to showcase Tribute's unique offerings, our exceptional caregivers, and our supportive community
- Conducting market research to continuously identify new relationship opportunities
- Participating in industry events, trade shows, and networking gatherings
- Joining relevant local and national associations
- Strategically planning and executing quarterly marketing and sales initiatives
- Meeting and exceeding sales and growth objectives
- Collaborating effectively with various departments within Tribute, including Marketing, Client Solutions, Caregiver Support, Scheduling, and Caregiver Recruitment
This position will require regular travel to engage with both new and existing referral sources.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2-5 years of experience in outside sales or new business development with a proven history of achieving sales targets
- Experience in a clinical environment (nursing, social work, physical therapy, etc.) is preferred but not mandatory
- Proven ability to establish new professional relationships and drive business expansion
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency
- Resilience and determination in overcoming challenges and objections
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as necessary
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- COVID-19 vaccination compliance, with exemptions available for medical or religious reasons
