Position Summary:

This role necessitates advanced expertise and understanding to navigate the complexities of office and project quality initiatives. With a significant influence on quality policies and programs, this position involves authoritative decision-making and may include supervising quality personnel as required.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and enforce technical quality standards, ensuring compliance with client, regulatory, and company requirements while fostering positive client relationships.
  • Effectively communicate across all levels of the organization, contributing ideas that encourage a constructive direction for business line personnel.
  • Act as the Quality Manager for small to medium-sized projects when necessary.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external clients, as well as the broader quality community.
  • Typically manage Quality Inspection Receiving staff, creating an environment conducive to professional growth, including on-the-job training, formal development opportunities, and timely performance evaluations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
